Product Details:

Your Pet Leash Holder is constructed from ¼ inch steel. Each letter is 1¼ inches wide by 1¾ inches high. The holder comes in flat, black paint colour. Two hooks are attached to names up to five letters, three hooks for names with six or seven letters and four hooks with eight to ten letters. Mounting screws are included.

Prices range from $44.99 to $64.99. See price and size chart for details. Holders over ten letters are custom orders. Call us for a custom quote.

Payment:

Full payment is due at the time of order. Orders are processed securely through Paypal. If you do not wish to process your payment over the internet, please call or email with your order. Payment information will be obtained when your order is confirmed by telephone.

Shipping & Handling Rates:

Ontario Rates – $10.00
Canada outside of Ontario - $13.00
United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska - $12.00

For Hawaii and Alaska, please call for shipping and handling rates outside of the quoted areas.
In Canada these rates include GST.
One shipment can include up to three units not including custom orders.
We are not responsible for duty fees charged to your order.

Shipping & Delivery:

Your custom made leash holder will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks. All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree to a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

Ontario Sales Tax:

We are required to collect Ontario sales tax and gst for any shipment with a billing address in Ontario. Only gst will be charged for all provinces outside of Ontario. No sales taxes are charged to customers outside of Canada.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Shortly after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This will be a summary of your order and act as your receipt. You will receive a second email upon shipment of your order.

The shipment email will contain your order number along with tracking information.

No tracking number will be available for US shipments.

Returns & Exchanges:

Pets Unleashed will replace any leash holder that arrives damaged or defective. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products otherwise.

Order Cancellation & changes:

We do not accept cancellations or changes after payment has been made. Please review your order for accuracy before proceeding with payment.
